U.S. shipping
Standard shipping orders usually arrive within 4-8 business days.

Canadian shipping
Shipping usually takes about 5-10 business days, although border delays are out of our hands. If you're ordering something to Canada, there's a possibility you'll have to pay customs duties and import taxes when it arrives. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Because of import limits and other boring stuff, customers living in Canada are limited to 90 servings per product, per order.

That means you can order up to:
· 90 servings of Smart Coffee
· 90 servings of Calm and Focus Gummies
· 90 servings of Sleep Gummies
all in one order. But not 270 servings of Smart Coffee.

Please note that we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unworn, and undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase date. This ensures that the product remains in pristine condition for future customers.

In order to qualify for a refund or replacement, it is essential to adhere to our authorized return process. Items returned without following our guidelines will regrettably not be eligible for any compensation.

Upon receiving the returned item at our facility, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure its condition. If the item is found to be open, worn, or damaged, we are unable to honor any previously approved refund or replacement. We kindly request your understanding in this matter.

When preparing your EONS items for return, please exercise caution in packaging them securely. While we take utmost care of the items during the return process, we cannot assume responsibility for any non-EONS items mistakenly shipped back to our facility.

Refunds will be issued exclusively in the original form of payment. We believe in maintaining transparency and want to ensure that you receive the refund in the same manner that you made the purchase.

For our valued customers in Canada, we do accept returns.
