If you placed an order from multiple vendors, you'll receive multiple packages in the mail. So if you received a package that is missing part of your order, give it a few more days for the rest of your packages to deliver.
Most orders are fulfilled directly through the Vendors, so please allow at least 7-14 days for your order to arrive depending on the location of the Vendor.
We recommend contacting the vendor for your order directly in order to get a refund processed in the fastest way possible. There will be a "Request Support" button on the My Account page where will be able to see if your purchase contains warranty.
By default, there is a 30-day warranty on all products purchased through the store. Vendors have the ability to overwrite this policy depending on their product or shop. Please refer to your Vendors specific policy (found on the Product page) before contacting us.
You'll send your return directly to the Vendor's address, which they will supply through customer support. After it's received, any refunds will be processed.
If your order has not been fulfilled, you can request support and should be able to exchange your product before it's shipped. This will depend on the Vendor. If your order has been shipped, you'll have to wait for it to arrive and request a return/refund.
